Tab - Contact

 

The Contact tab allows you to quickly access contact information of the of the people in connection with the job offer.

 

PRIM allows several contacts for communications, but allows only one requestor for a job offer.

 

1.If a relation in the client's file has one of these 2 properties ticked, the contact will automatically be added in this tab, and the relevant checkbox will be ticked ::
- Insert as communication contact at creation of a job offer
- Insert as requestor in each job offer

2.To add a contact, click on an empty line in the main section, or on (Insert) in Home ribbon.

3.The window Selection of client's contacts is displayed, allowing you to choose the contact to be added to the job offer among the client's relations.  

By default, the client itself is displayed in the list, along with any relation present in the client's file that have not already been added. If the list is empby, it means that no additional relation has been added to the client's file. To learn how to add a relation, see Tab - Profile / Contact
