When the window opens, you will be prompted to specify the division for which you wish to export data. This is because data export is intrinsically linked to divisions. The other fields may already be pre-filled, if an export model and protocol have been defined in the division settings for the entities concerned, or if the export is done from a list. Otherwise, a value selection window will appear for each field to be filled in. To create the list to be exported, simply follow the steps and select the required elements.

The left-hand section(A) shows the various fields for which a value is to be selected, and the button to launch the export. When the window opens, with the exception of the Data Type and Data List fields,you will be prompted to select the values if no default value has been configured in the division. Here's a description of the various fields and how they are used.

Division: Indicate the division for which we are exporting data.

It is not possible to export data from several divisions at once. If you need to export data from several divisions, you will have to repeat the operation for each division.

Data type: Indicates the type of data to be exported. This field is generally pre-filled according to the window from which the export is being performed. For example, if the export is launched from the Jobs window, or from the job offer search results, the Jobs type is automatically selected.

Data list: This field will be pre-filled if the export is launched from a list. It will not be active from any other context.

Export template: Specifies the export model used. This must have been configured beforehand.

Transfer protocol: Specifies the transfer and export protocol used. This must have been configured beforehand.

In the right-hand section(B), you can view the elements and select those to be exported by means of checkboxes:

Transaction: Description of the item to be exported and date of last export.

Status: Status of the item to be exported.

Last export: If an item has already been exported in the past, the date and time of the last export is displayed in this column. This date will be updated during the export process.

Exported: During the export process, an x is added to the Exported column when an element has been successfully exported.

Result: In the event of a problem during export, an error message may be displayed in this column, for example if the parameters required for export were not respected.

From a programmed or saved list : 

1.From the Home ribbon in the lists window, click on the Export button, then select the To another system option.

2.If the selection windows appear, find and select the division, the export template, then the transfer protocol.

If a default export model and protocol have been defined in the Division settings for the exported entity, the value selection windows will not be displayed and the relevant fields will already be filled in the window.
