A recurring filter is used repeatedly, it is important to configure it properly in order to obtain the desired information.

 

This type of filter is available only from the window in which it was created and saved and it can be shared according to the security group.

 

 

The creation of a recurring filter in this window is done in four steps:

 

Creating a display

Creating a filter

Creating a sort

Configuration of the recurring filter

 

You have two options:

 

•Assign an identical name for the filter, sort, display and configuration - This will allow you to easily locate the model and ensure that a modification in one of these elements will not affect the result obtained after applying the filter .

•Add several models under each of the tabs to allow a greater combination of choices when creating your filters - This option could affect the result obtained after applying the filter, if for example, you choose to add or remove a column in a template that is used in several configurations.

 

Open the replacement management window and click the (Filter configuration) icon on the main toolbar to open the filter configuration window.
