The ATS is the tool used to track applications for a job offer. In windows Job offer or Job offers management, click on ATS in Display ribbon to open it.
In the case of a temporary request, the ATS can be used in a grouped shifts request, if you wish to track on applications for a specific mission, but you will need to activate it first.
Use the action buttons on the line to contact a specific candidate.
Use the button to send email/SMS from the Home ribbon to contact all candidates ticked in the ATS. You can use filters to reduce the number of candidates displayed.
1.Use the Applications button to add one or more candidates in ATS.
2.A candidate window is opened in search mode. Execute a search using one of the available fields, for example the candidate's status, name or any subject in Info/Ranking/Criteria.
3.In the list of results, tick one one more candidate to be added to the ATS and click on Add to mission.
4.The selected candidate(s) are added to ATS, with interest Under consideration ().
In order to make the ATS table easier to consult, you can freeze columns in order to lock horizontal scrolling. To do so, right-click on the column header, and activate the switch Freeze this column in the filter selection window, pushing it to the right.
Only one column can be frozen, which has the effect of freezing all the columns to the left of it.
Activate applications tracking for a temporary grouped request
You can activate applications tracking for a mission of a grouped shifts request. To do so, open the grouped request and select a mission.
1. In Display, ribbon of the grouped request window, click on Jobboard's details.
2. Activate ATS clicking on the corresponding switch, pushing it to the right.
3. Click on ATS in the Display ribbon to open the ATS.
