Major new features

 

1.New interface with various themes, new action ribbons and floating panes that can be docked, floating, hidden, and possibility to save one or more layout in specific windows

2.Grouped shifts completely redesigned

Possibility to include several missions, schedules or candidates

New workflow and new statuses

3.Complete redesign of the Web portal (see below for details) and new "back-office" page with options to let you customize the portal

4.New panes to display to help with management of requests : planner (temporary) and ATS (permanent, can be used for grouped shifts).

23.User Changes History window (SEC015): it is now possible to filter on the first column (icon)

Search

35.Possibility to perform a search using the associated employee, to search a shift using the recipient client and many additional search fields

36.Search results - List button has been replaced by a pane that can be hidden or pinned

37.The keyword search now allows search in communications, notes, events and tasks

 

PRIM Web / Web services

General

38.Possibility to manage various versions for terms of use and to see which version has been accepted by candidate or client.

39.Possibility to customize, depending on the status, the header colors (background color and text) of several elements on the Web portal in PRIM configuration window.

40.Ability to have sorted columns added to Prim Web pages, and to assign one of them as default if a different display is desired (PRIM configuration required)

53.Ability to define default filters for all users, customize images, colors or wording and translation, and set up a group-based security to hide some sections depending on the user's group.

 

 

Bug fixes

 

54.In job offers posted on PWEB, fixed a conflict occurring between addition of a time stamp (Ctrl + T) and text copied to add to the job description

55.Candidate created by CV parsing in PRIM: it is now the user's name that will be displayed, not PrimWeb

56.Unable to cancel a password change: the cancel button did not close the password change window.
